Craft coffee West Sussex

St Martins Organic Coffee House is not your standard urban coffee. Everything about it is odd. The very essance of what it means to be a craft coffee shop.

With its 18th Century facade and mediaeval interior, the terrace house is typical of Chichester’s vernacular architecture. Inside, all has been sensitively restored and furnished, an eclectic mixture of beams, log fires and enticing hideaways..

Owned and created by Keith Nelson an honest humanitarian with a common sense open minded and scientific approach to life along with high integrity values. He enjoys playing classical piano and his interests include science, travel, debating, swimming, cycling and socialising.

Canvas Coffee Portsmouth

[Edit] The shop at the station has closed but Sunday Coffee are still busy roasting in Southbourne.

Canvas Coffee opened as a speciality coffee shop in Portsmouth in 2014. ‘Guesting’ coffees from different roasters every couple of weeks whilst showcasing some really exciting speciality coffees from different roasters from across the world. They found some amazing tasting coffees which the customers at the cafe loved.

But there were others that were fairly boring and flat, that just didn’t taste as good.

At the beginning they figured it was down to their lack of experience as baristas, but after a while they started to get this sense that maybe it wasn’t just them, and the result is an in-house roaster, Sunday coffee.
